We take great pride in our work and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We do accept returns, but there are some requirements.
- You may return b.e.happe knitwear that is unworn, unaltered and with the original tags still attached from b.e.happe for shop credit within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the USPS tracking number).
- Email b.e.happedesigns@gmail.com within that time frame AND include the order number in your email.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to b.e.happe.
- Knitwear must be received in original condition as sent out to receive credit.
- Once we receive your return, you will be contacted within 7 business days. All items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
- Shop credit for the return will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping and/or delivery costs will not be refunded, reimbursed or part of the store credit.
- Please note, all custom, pre-orders and sale items are final. Returns are no accepted for these items.
