Q: My head is ____ (big, small, etc.) How do I know what product will fit me best?

AExcellent Question! All of our knit pom hats fit based on age. Adult pom hats fit best for 22+ inch head circumference. Adults who have a smaller head, up to 21 inch head circumference would fit best in a Youth/Adult Small Pom Hat. Slouchy beanie are for teen and adult sized heads.

 

Q: I wear my b.e.happe knit pom beanie all the time! How do I clean it? 

A: Wool-based knitwear does not require washing due to anti-microbial components. If washing is needed, it is recommend that you spot clean the body of the knit hat with lukewarm water. Lay the knit hat flat to dry and avoid stretching or wringing of knit beanie. Knitwear may pill as a natural result of friction. Carefully use a sharp scissors to remove any unwanted fuzz from the knit hat. 


To give your pom pom extra pep, use a hair dryer on low heat or vigorously shake the pom pom to reshape. If the pom pom gets saturated, hang upside down to regain shape or shake vigorously. ** Avoid washing or drying the faux fur pom pom as they are acrylic and can melt** 
If a pom pom does accidentally get tossed into the dryer and melts, we can replace your pom pom for you! Click on the message button and let's chat. Pom Pom replacement is $12 to replace the pom, clean up the hat and send it back to you so we can get your hat looking like new again!

Q: What is the turnaround time? 

A: All knit pom hats and slouchy beanies in the shop are ready to ship. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday.

  • b.e. happe is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or in cases where USPS staff loses/misplaces your package.
  • Expected delivery dates are just that- when the USPS system expects that your shipment will arrive. Once the item is shipped by b.e.happe, we are unable to control or assist in the process of of delivery. Any information that is on the USPS tracking website is what we are able to see with regards to the status
  •  For international customers, please be advised that b.e.happe is not responsible for any potential customs fees.

    Knit Pom Hat + Slouchy Beanie Information

    Q: What is your knit pom hats and slouchy beanies made of?
    A: Each b.e.happe hat is handcrafted with premium 80% acrylic and 20% wool blend yarn OR 100% acrylic yarn and will be listed as wool-free.  We've included specifics on each product page. 
    • Handmade Hats: Some color blend yarns, 80% acrylic and 20% wool create variations and the final product will be unique and varied with color.
    • Each pom is a handmade faux fur pom pom. The pom poms are sewn onto the hat. Even though it is securely fastened, do not leave a child unattended with this item as the tag may pose as a choking hazard.
    • Due to the handmade nature, this item is not always able to withstand curious baby and toddler hands. b.e.happe Designs is not responsible for any damage to the hat caused to this item due to a child.

    Q: Where are the knit pom hats and slouchy beanies made? 

    A: All of our b.e.happe beanies are handmade in the U.S.A. b.e.happe has a team of woman from across the U.S. to help make our products. This is an important aspect of b.e.happe, as I (Brooke) started to crochet when I transitioned from a medical professional to a stay at home mom of three. These women can be working moms- they knit from home, so they can take care of their children while earning an income to support their families. 

    Returns & Exchanges

    Q: I'm so bummed but I need to return my order- what do I do?
    A: We take great pride in our work and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We do accept returns, but there are some requirements. 

     

    • You may return unworn, unaltered knitwear with original hang tags still attached from b.e.happe for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the USPS tracking number). Please email b.e.happedesigns@gmail.com and include the order number in your email.
    • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to b.e.happe.
    • Knitwear must be received in original condition as sent out to receive an exchange.
    • All items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
    • Please note, all custom and pre-orders are final. Returns are no accepted for these items.

     

    Shipping

      Q: Do you ship internationally?

      A: Yes! We do! As you go through the checkout process you will be able to select your international shipping option! For international customers, please be advised that b.e.happe is not responsible for any potential customs fees.

       

      Q: How quickly can I get my b.e.happe hat into my hands?

      A: We want nothing more than for you to get your new b.e.happe into your hands ASAP! Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. 

      Q: My order says delivered but I don't have the package. What do I do?

      A: Unfortunately, once the item is shipped by b.e.happe we are unable to control or assist in the process of of delivery. If your order says delivered but you don't have your b.e.happe item...first, we suggest you contact your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn't work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier's website. If you can't track down the package within 5 days, please contact us for the next steps!
