Returns
We take great pride in our work and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We do accept returns, but there are some requirements. 
  • You may return b.e.happe knitwear that is unworn, unaltered and with the original tags still attached from b.e.happe for shop credit within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the USPS tracking number).
  • Email b.e.happedesigns@gmail.com within that time frame AND include the order number in your email.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to b.e.happe.
  • Knitwear must be received in original condition as sent out to receive credit.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be contacted within 7 business days. All items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
  • Shop credit  for the return will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping and/or delivery costs will not be refunded, reimbursed or part of the store credit.
  • Please note, all custom, pre-orders and sale items are final. Returns are no accepted for these items. 
Shipping

We want nothing more than for you to get your new b.e.happe into your hands! All hats in the shop are ready to ship, unless the item is labeled pre-order. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. 

  • b.e. happe is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or in cases where USPS staff loses/misplaces your package.
  • Expected delivery dates are just that- when the USPS system expects that your shipment will arrive.
  • Once the item is shipped by b.e.happe, unfortunately we are unable to control or assist in the process of of delivery. Any information that is on the USPS tracking website is what we are able to see with regards to the status. If your order says delivered but you don't have your b.e.happe item...first, we suggest you contact your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn't work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier's website. If you can't track down the package within 5 days, please contact us for the next steps!
  •  For international customers, please be advised that b.e.happe is not responsible for any potential customs fees.
Product Care
    Wool-based knitwear does not require washing. If washing is needed, it is recommend that you spot clean the body of the hat with lukewarm water. Lay the item flat to dry and avoid stretching or wringing of item. Knitwear may pill as a natural result of friction. Carefully use a sharp scissors to remove any unwanted fuzz from the hat. 
    To give your pom pom extra pep, use a hair dryer on low heat or vigorously shake the pom pom to reshape. If the pom pom gets saturated, hang upside down to regain shape or shake vigorously. ** Avoid washing or drying the faux fur pom pom as they are acrylic and can melt**
